This submenu contains information about which agents have changed their status to online or offline, as well as information about the last time each agent logged in.

Transfer Conversations

Provides information related to the handover of conversations between agents.

Agent Conversations

Displays a list of agents along with the number of conversations handled by each agent.

Agent Performance

Contains information about total completed conversations, sent messages, and assigned messages for each agent.

Tag Conversations

Contains data on the number of tags used, displayed by date, filtered by month and specific year.
