Message Dashboard
Displays all information related to the Messages menu in a more concise summary, along with several informational charts about agents.
On this page, there are several sections, each with its own function. The explanations are as follows:

| New | Total number of conversations that have not yet been assigned to an agent |
| In Progress | Total number of conversations that have already been assigned to an agent |
| Completed | Total number of conversations that have been replied to and are intended to be closed by the agent |
| Archived | Total number of archived conversations |
| Conversations Created | Graphical information of all received and sent conversations (per hour or per day) |
| Agents & Supervisors | Graphical information of the total number of company members |
| Conversation Tags | Graphical information of conversations based on tags |
| Agent Online Status | Graphical information of agents based on their online status |
| Conversation Funnel | Graphical information of conversations based on funnel stages |
